Our standard shipping is sent via track and trace with NZ Post.  Delivery can be expected within 3 working days of being dispatched.  We will try and have it dispatched on the next business day, however please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.  You will receive a confirmation email straight after your purchase and once your parcel has been dispatched we'll email you with your track and trace number.  

If you would like your parcel dispatched ASAP please send us an email on hi@silkandsand.co and we'll do our best. 

Want it overnight or live out of New Zealand?  Email us on hi@silkandsand.co and we'll try organise this for you.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $100, this does not cover RD addresses.  If you live rural please select our RD SHIPPING at checkout.  If your order is under $100 please ensure you select 'STANDARD SHIPPING - ORDERS UNDER $100'.

All of your orders are checked prior to being shipped to ensure they are in lovely condition, if they arrive to you and have been broken along the way please take a photo and email this along with an explanation and the proof of purchase to hi@silkandsand.co within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. 

If a product does arrives to you broken or damaged we are happy to send out a replacement, however we will need photographs of the damage and the item may need to be returned to us.

Due to the nature of this store we do not accept returns on 'change of mind' purchases,  please choose carefully.

 

If you find an item to be faulty please email us on hi@silkandsand.co as soon as you notice, for the SOL we have a checklist for you to complete before the machine is sent back to us.  

Any costs for returning faulty items will NOT be covered by SILK & SåND, getting the goods back to us is your responsibility.  If you are sending an item back to us we highly recommend getting this item tracked as we do not assume responsibility for lost packages and can not carry out your return. 

If when we receive the item we find it to be faulty we will happily send you a refurbished machine and cover the shipping costs to get it to you.
